Delivery times vary by seller. Most sellers ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking info by email and through your account dashboard once the item ships.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Returns depend on the seller’s return policy. Some sellers may offer 7–14 day returns for faulty or misrepresented items. Always check the listing details and contact the seller before initiating a return.

Do you offer warranty on products?

Some sellers offer limited warranties on refurbished items. All warranties are stated clearly in the listing. If no warranty is listed, the item is sold as-is.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is provided once the seller ships your item. You can view the tracking link on your dashboard or via the email confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Soon we will offer Klarna or Clearpay at checkout if available in your region. All transactions are securely processed.

Can I upgrade components after ordering?

Most products are pre-owned or refurbished and sold as listed. Some sellers may offer upgrades—please message the seller before ordering to request changes.
